Since our collectible pieces are (for the most part) vintage, I have made every effort to inform my customers of any flaws (chips, cracks or breaks) to the item. Over the years each piece has "acquired" normal wear and tear which gives them the "vintage" character.
Please be sure you want the items before making your final purchase. The only "returns' accepted are for broken goods that happened during the shipping process. Since we pack our goods so carefully, this should be a very rare occurence.Once we receive the broken item, please expect 15 business days for the refund to be credited back to your PayPal account. You the customer will be responsible for "return" shipping costs.
